We strive to make the return and refund process as hassle-free, convenient and simple as possible.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We cannot offer refunds to products that have worn off or have broken due to customer negligence. This is why we advise you to always keep your commemorative coins in its protective acrylic cases to prevent scratches or tarnishes.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a proof of purchase (eg. a purchase confirmation e-mail).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the funds within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
In the the case that you have simply changed your mind on your purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return.
In the case that you are returning a defective item, we will cover all shipping and customs costs for returning your defective item in.
Unlike many other retailers, we do not charge any sort of restocking fee or 'hidden fee'.
Customs and taxes
Customs fees, taxes, and additional fees may apply for international shipments. We do not charge for these fees up front because of varying rates between countries. Your local post office may hold the package until such fees are paid. Please contact your local customs and/or post office for more information.
